The preliminary lineup of 6 teams on the vocal category and 6 teams on the performance category has been announced for the 2016 Kpop World Festival Seattle, where 60 teams and over 100 individuals tried out.
Melissa Bean, Rhiannon Lawson, Anne Margarette Espinoza, Vicki Lo, Faith Vaughan, and Colorworks will be competing for a spot in the vocal category, while Kalvin Tran, Mariah Travis, Yalan Zhao, Tiffany Kung, Your Truly, and V.L.Z (Vasika Cheng, Leah Dao, Vivien Valenauela) will be competing for a spot in the performance category.
Performers from each category who have passed the preliminary round will advance to the next round set to stage in Los Angeles for a chance to win a ticket to Korea for the final round in Changwon, Korea.
