K-Food Festival – Discover Korea’s delicious secrets

K-Food Festival is inviting professionals in food-processing business, food management business, restaurants, importers and exporters, and other professionals in a related field to an upcoming event. 

On October 31st (Fri 1pm-4pm), Consulate General of Republic of Korea and KACC-WA are hosting ‘K-Food Festival – Discover Korea’s delicious secrets’, sponsored by AT, Ministry of Agriculture, and Food and Rural Affairs, at Hyatt Regency Hotel in Bellevue to promote Korean food to a wider market. 
 
This event not only aims to promote recognition and sales of Korean food and its ingredients to the U.S. but also to build a general trend of using Korean food and ingredients in the U.S.’s food-business by showing and advertising Korean food to the professionals in the food-business. 
 
K-Food Festival will mainly be divided into four sessions: basic lecture on Korean food and its demonstrations held by famous chefs Soo Jin Kim and John Sundstrom, tasting Korean food and beverage (including alcohol) samples provided by local Korean restaurants, and one on one meeting with Korean food companies and importers/distributors within the U.S.
 
In order to attend this event, because of limited number of seats, attendees must RSVP prior to the event by sending an e-mail to the listed e-mail addresses on the bottom. For local restaurant owners that are willing to advertise their business during the event must send promotional material to the following e-mail addresses as well.
