At AMC Theatres in Lynnwood on Nov 13th
The Phone, a Korean action thriller viewed by over 15 million people in its home country, will be released this week on the 13th at AMC Theatres in Alderwood Mall, Lynnwood.
In The Phone, lead actor Son Hyun-ju, who is currently one of the most prominent TV actors in Korea, plays Ko Dong-ho, a corporate lawyer struggling to cope with the loss of his wife a year after her murder. The story picks up as Dong-ho suddenly receives a call from his wife and begins his day-long quest to bring his wife back to life.
The time-travel suspense thriller shifts between two separate time settings in a fast-paced manner to engage the viewers in Dong-ho’s mission to save his wife.
The highlight of the movie was shot by director Kim Bong-joo among a crowd of over 30,000 during the Lotus Lantern Festival in Seoul.
